The artwork for this event:

Guidance From The Celtic Wolf

Join us in coming together in a Sacred ”Zoom” circle to experience living a "soft life" in reflections of art images through a meditation practice.

This monthly offering is to explore and discover expanded ways in which to share and listen to what presents to you through the art images.

For calming and inviting clarity through a practice of focus and discover what images within the art hold your attention to go deeper with breath and visions.

At the event, we will focus on the image above: Guidance From the Celtic Wolf. The Wolf is a guide that creates community through knowledge and acceptance that all experiences are to unfold into the four-legged balanced ways of being in nature’s rhythms.

We ask for and trust the inner guidance of the four-legged. The Celtic Wolf appears to remind us of the greatness of our own wisdom, buzzing through our body like a bee and shows us how we reflect sacred geometry as a hollow bone in the way we create and connect.

“Connect with the Celtic Wolf as a guide to help you move forward with your own creative flow and co-create with others through the consciousness of this time, as the grand gathering sweeps within.”

Art, breath, and meditation have been known to improve focus, release tension and expand ourselves as living art moves in our world to create more peace as we pace ourselves day to day.

What to expect:

  1. As people arrive and we get settled in, the artwork image will be on the shared screen.

  2. To open the circle, each person will share their name and where the focus is landing on the art.

  3. Then together, we will do a guided active breathing meditation, while using the artwork as the theme for the guided meditation.

  4. Share to close the circle
